Rent/Sublease Manager (Tenant Relations)

Description

The central office of the federal retail chain "Lenta" is hiring a manager for tenant relations in the Sublease Department, Development and Construction Directorate.

Responsibilities

• Planning the rental space for Lenta hypermarkets and supermarkets.
• Finding new tenants for vacant spaces.
• Working with tenants from negotiations to the end of the lease agreement (discussing terms, agreeing on the contract, managing signed contracts, coordinating tenant interactions with company departments).
• Monitoring tenants' contractual obligations.
• Controlling tenants' accounts receivable.
• Business trips.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role on the landlord side in a shopping center/retail complex.
• Negotiation skills and ability to defend the company's interests when dealing with contractors.
• Knowledge of civil law, judicial and legal practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and justify them, excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
